Open Issues:

• Intermittent. Email sent to certain providers may be blocked by overly aggressive anti-SPAM filters.   Please forward any bonces to support@csz.com so we can deal with it.   As these are changed by the receiving emails we will only discover them after they have an impact.  As a precaution the default 'abuse@..' and 'postmaster@..' are set to come to us so we can detect and solve issues as they occur. 

Scheduled Maintenance:

•  We try to schedule maintenance for Friday afternoon   We may move this to Thursday afternoon so we detect issues that don't show up in testing earlier. However, security updates may occur at other times, but we will try to do these after 4pm.  Normally we will send out an email a couple of days before the event.
• Patches which will not impact operations will be applied when they become available. 
• We continue to test and upgrade the software we develop as issues are discovered.
