Assume your website is www.mysite.com and your public email name is myself@mysite.com. You have been assigned the 5th mailbox at this site (e.g., mystcm5)
1st Choice: IMAP (leaving mail on server so it can be read by multiple devices also only pulls the TO, FROM, and SUBJECT down) or POP3 (normally pulls all the email down to the device)
If you want to view your mail on a phone but keep records on the desktop/laptop set the desktop/laptop to POP3 and the phone to IMAP.
Whenever you use IMAP remember to empty your trash.
